A New Adventure...!

"Pizza, that-a-way..." Chartres, France 2012.

Hi friends, I'm excited to share some news...That Wondrous Time has a new home on Tumblr!

The boxes are unpacked (mostly), and even though I still have some settling in to do, I just couldn't wait to invite you over. Why the move?  One BiG reason:  I get to share larger photos with you!  Please stop by, click, scroll, and make yourself at home.  I hope you'll enjoy the new view...!

Thanks for visiting me here these past few years.  I hope you'll join me on this new adventure, so please update your readers and bookmarks to my new blog address:

A few more on Sale...

I just added two new Paris prints to the Sale Section of my Etsy shop. Every once in a while I like to try out new paper types or printing methods, and such would be the case with these two prints. These are high quality Giclee prints from a professional photolab, just 1 print of each photograph available.

I add photographs to the Sale Section pretty often, and at the moment there are 23 highly discounted prints looking for a good home. Thanks to those of you who have participated so far...!

(And, whether work-day or holiday, Happy Monday to You!)

"Museum Girl" 10-1/2" x 14" Giclee Print ($20)

"le Peacock" 10-1/2" x 14" Giclee Print ($26)

Feeling Frenchy, A Sale...

Josh and I have spent this holiday weekend hiding out from the rain, at work in our shop. While he's been busy in the woodshop, I've rearranged our showroom and inventoried prints. I've sorted through stacks of prints from past years, and I must tell you... I really want to see more of this world.

I can hardly believe that its been almost six years since my Mom and I had our Parisian adventure. We spent most of April 2005 exploring that magical city, and each Spring since, I feel a gentle urge to return. And when I look at these photographs, I'm transported, still...

This weekend I've added prints from my Paris series to the Sale section of my etsy shop. Print prices are highly discounted (as low as $5!) and in most cases, there is only one specially-priced print of each photo available. So if you see something you like, go for it! Proceeds will directly benefit this photographer's travel fund (and when the time comes, I promise I'll send a postcard!)

Thanks everyone, I hope you're enjoying a wonderful weekend!

Feeling Frenchy

I awoke this morning, wishing I was in a quiet French village.
I remembered a day when I was, and thought I'd share pictures with you...

What do you think? Shall we whisk ourselves away and meet for coffee?

A very happy weekend to you... I hope you do, see or feel something wonderful.

New to My Shop

The Photojojo writeup brought a wave of activity to my Etsy shop. In celebration, I've added two additional images to the "Paperback Prints" Collection.

I created this Collection as a means of offering affordable versions of some of my most popular photographs. At 6x9 matted to 11x14, their small size lets you hang one, two, three, or more on a wall. And, they're printed on a Metallic paper, which gives them the feel of vintage postcard.

Visit my Etsy shop to see The Checkered Path and The Gardenway Passage. Both of these photos were shot in France, during a fantastic traveling adventure I experienced with my Mom. Because we traveled in Spring, everytime I get a Spring-time inkling, I can't help but dream of Paris...
