    I know, so many memories. I always loved the "surprise" of seeing Hap-pea and Pea-wee at the bottom of my soup bowl!

    growing up in southern california, we used to make a bi-yearly trek to my grandparent's house in fresno. we always always always stopped at pea soup andersons. the only issue is that i have always loathed split pea soup. but you just made me feel seven years old again. thank you for that.
