Hi, I hope you had a happy and safe 4th of July. I baked Pineapple Upside-Down cupcakes, and enjoyed fireworks from atop the hill behind my parent's house. All in all, a great day. Yours?
4th of July is always one of my favorite holidays. Each year as I watch the fireworks, I picture myself taking pictures -- they're so beautiful, they should really be photographed! The experience of watching fireworks with friends and family can be so extraordinary -- all the oohs and ahhs and little kid excitement. However, I can never actually bring myself to take pictures. I think it's because some days I just like to enjoy the experience without documenting anything. An exercise in living... you know what I mean? 4th of July is always such a magical night, and for some reason I like not trying to capture it.
Also, just a little reminder that today is the Final Day of My Great Big 30 for 30 Summer Sale --- 30% Off all Orders over $30. Thanks to all of you who have participated!
